I have a question and I'm new to this! So I have 160 hours to use for my holidays in my current company. I'm considering leaving and now I'm wondering if I should use all my hours before doing so. Or is that a bad idea cause the hours might be transferring to my new company. Could anyone tell me what to do? I'm working in Ireland if that's relevant. And companies have no coo-relation.
