As the title says. Really starting to grind that employers can just miss scheduled calls with no consideration, no warning, not even an apology email or a rejection. I took time away from my current job to be on this call, fought my managers for an hour out of the office just to make time for my telephone interview. I hate the work culture we’ve built.
