Another post was taken down in relation to rule 3(b), basically Off-topic. So to rephrase it, how can we improve working conditions when boomers are so financially ignorant and hold so much political power?

Personally, after years of patient discourse I stopped all communication with my parents. There were a lot of other reasons too, but it's hardly an ideal solution and it causes me pain. Less pain then them being part of my life, but it hasn't changed anything.
