– No more nepotism, favoritism at the workplace. Why hire openly, but rather give the job to Dave or Karin, whose brother works in Sales. So many people get jobs not because they are qualified, but rather because they know someone. How fair is that?!

– Fair salaries, international. Why do people get paid less because they are not from here?

– No borders (Apply truly from anywhere). Why talk about diversity, when you just gonna decline Thomas the Nigerian because he's from Nigeria? They talk about improving lives, creating equal opportunities for everyone and making people happy, but not José from Mexico – he can go *** himself!*

– No more 90% ATS application rejections. That number high af. It makes me sick.

– No more age bias. Why are people considered unhireable when you're above 30? Do companies only want to hire young juicy sheeple interns and graduates to mold them to work for the company for 20 years? Is it the fact that these interns are probably single and don't have families to feed and look after? Less responsibilities means more loyalty to the company.

– No more extensive & ridiculous work experience and software skills required. Why need experience on 50 different programs to get a job? 10 pages of a job description and skills and experience needed and when you get hired, you basically only scan documents all day. Wow. Another hiring tactic to deter people from applying in the first place.

– No more no feedback. Actually get told why the **** you haven't been hired. People spend so much time and effort applying and then they get nothing in return, not even a rejection email. Companies should tell people why exactly they were not considered and not hear some AI generated general BS about oh sorry bla bla. They're not sorry btw.

– No more 3 – 5 interviews and elaborate free assignments/tests. Yes. Applying for jobs should be a job that is paid. Companies should pay people for having more and more interviews. At least then people would actually get hired as neither side wants people just to run away after having 5 interviews. All tests and assignments should also be paid by the company to reimburse the applicant for their time and troubles – no one seems to care or take note of this time and troubles.

– No more not giving someone a chance. People don't give others a chance. Everyone started somewhere. Every company needed to become something and learn. The same way you were given a chance when you started, everyone deserves and equal opportunity. This goes for people moving into a new career as well as for interns and people with no experience.
