Anti resignation radio commercials

I just started a new job and have been listening to radio stations I normally don't hear. There's been at least once an hour commercial talking about what could happen if you don't give 2 weeks notice, 2 weeks may not be enough notice if you're a “key role” in a company and are difficult to replace and that people aren't normally aware of “wrongful resignation”. This is the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time. I feel like it's meant to shit on people who listen to the radio at work and are on the fence about leaving for a better job into fearing leaving their employer.
