Hello, everyone! /r/antiwork is currently recruiting new moderators. This is your chance to help out in your community. We're looking for fresh, vibrant faces to join our diverse team and help make /r/antiwork the best subreddit it can possibly be. Previous moderation experience is an asset, but is not required.
Moderators are responsible for more than simply enforcing the rules. A good moderator also serves as a role model for the community and as a resource for new users. On a day to day basis, this entails working with your teammates to help keep the subreddit clean in your regular subreddit browsing, as well as monitoring the queue of reported posts and responding to user enquiries via modmail. Some moderators also choose to participate in Reddit Talk sessions and other aspects of running the subreddit beyond regular moderator duties. Please note that membership in the mod Discord is mandatory as a point of contact, although daily participation in discussion is not required.
