Any of you guys feel like you’re in zombie mode talking to co-workers?

I used to have genuine conversations with everyone and enjoyed the small talk. Now I’m just waiting for people’s stories to end and don’t want to bother joining group conversations in the hallway. I just want to do my work and get out.
