Anybody else ever make their company millions of dollars and get nothing back?

I work for a company with a market cap of around $20-40 billion. I'm a technical grunt, a lab geek. In 2022 I've re-formulated a product that used a bad raw material, made the product cheaper and better, we sell tens of millions of dollars of it each year, and I decreased the cost of making it by about 25% and increased performance. And also am assisting with a new $1mil/y dollar customer, the people who were handling this account had screwed up in so many ways until I got wind of it by being copied on an email, and am now fixing their issue which would have cost us the customer's business. My co-worker has been at this job for like 20 years, he's done a LOT more things like this than me. He makes more than me of course, but not by much. I don't know exactly what…

My co-worker has been at this job for like 20 years, he's done a LOT more things like this than me. He makes more than me of course, but not by much. I don't know exactly what he makes, but I make $60k/yr and have made the company millions after having been employed just a year and a half. And that's not to say only I could have done this, anyone on our team could have, but we all get paid the similarly.
