One job I had a manager call me from a personal phone while I was working my full time job to try to reprimand me. I cussed him out, he claimed that I couldn't do that, hung up in his dumbass self, ignored his further calls.

Current job, I always show up early for work, as a delivery driver. Company has 2 way dash cameras but we are told they don't record unless we brake hard, accelerate hard, or hit something.
Came into the office , not clocked in, only to be shown a video of me runnable a parking lot stop sign and give a warning, off the clock.
I am darn sure I know the legally of it (not legal), but, has this type of thing happened to anyone else?

Clarification. The WRITE UP occurred off the clock. I don't drive the company trucks unless I am ON THE CLOCK.
