Anyone else feel like they have to use their vacation days just to catch up?

That's about where I'm at currently. I've got major home renovations I've been putting off because I just simply don't get more than a day off at a time recently, missing out on time with my wife because our schedules are complete opposites, just missing out on life in general. It's just hard to balance anything with a single day off, and then I use vacation days just to work at home? Fuck, man.
