Anyone else find the timing of the injunction against student loan forgiveness rather strange?

Right after the election, a Texas judge blocks it, the Biden administration refuses to take new applications, and then a Missouri court issues an indefinite injunction. As Led Zeppelin said, it makes me wonder.
