Anyone have any tips for managing performance reviews when you’re completely fine being in the same position for a while?

I hate when other staff that have been promoted or moving to new companies look poorly on those of us completely complacent. Anyway, during annual reviews when my supervisor asks my career goals, I truly never know how to tell him politely “to get paid”
