I received a job offer over the phone. I asked what the PTO accrual rate would be and they said 5 weeks a year. Then I received a signed job offer and it had 4.6 weeks per year. I emailed back and asked if it could be increased to the 5 weeks.
The HR person email me back and said they both messed up and the PTO is actually 4 weeks a year. I said is there anyway we can compromise and keep the offer as it stands..4.6? She said no. Its been so frustrating.
