Anyone quit without a back-up plan because they were so fed up?

We're required to report to the office next month. I've been home 100% for nearly three years, have excelled, doubled my productivity, always answer calls/emails, and I work less hours. But 'covid is over', so back we go, and yet we're apparently expected to maintain the same performance in the office as we did at home. I'm planning to show up for a week, then take a week off, and depending on how I feel, put my two weeks in when I come back, regardless if I have a new job lined up. I have two college degrees, get paid meh, but have managed to save four months worth of bills. I literally only stayed so long bc I was comfortable and had bare minimum oversight at home.

So, anyone else recently dip from a job without a plan? And if so, how's it going for you?
