API/KPI goals for cog in the machine jobs

Standard Disclaimer 37M Autistic I have my tasks I am given as part of my job, my mentality is same shit/different day. I do my tasks, I do them well, and I go home, and rinse/lather/repeat. Every year, my company goes through stretch goals, self-improvements, it basically seems relevant to everyone else in the company, but it is never tailored to jobs such as, cleaner/janitor, security, waiter, caterer, facilities etc, yet we still have to do it. Has anyone else had to endure this or have any suggestions for what goals I might be able to use? My deadline is soon, and I have no idea where to begin. Unless I am mistaken, the job I do, I don't have a corporate ladder, because there isn't one, there is nothing to climb, there is no higher to go, I can see the ceiling and there is no higher.
