if the name is not a direct giveaway im one of those agents of that “loved” airline,who has to clean the disaster of the airport agents,since may we were promised a susbstancial increase in our monthly salary and other benefits which included better equipment ,etc.
today we had a meeting in which they said they were gonna hire more people but the raise was going to be reduced significantly to accommodate the new hires
now,working for them is a nasty experience in which helping the pasengers does not feel like im doing an impact ,like a band aid on a severed extremity still pouring blood,the equipment half the time is down and management wants us to handle up more cases than we can handle currently,but now most of my team was fired since they decided to move all the departments to colombia
i know ,im next in line to get fired,so many time wasted working for them
