I work as a recruiter. Our company earns hundreds of millions per year, but they dont give a shit about their workers. No matter how much experience you have in the field or how many credentials you have, salaries are as low as possible.
Consequently, our motivation and work morale is low.
It doesn't help that at every party or event, they boast about opening a new building in a different location or donating to different charities, how large our quarterly productions are, not to mention their grand cars and designer clothes, bags, and accessories we see them use every day. Typical capitalist scum.
When we have vacancies, which is all the time, and i invite applicants for exams and interviews and they dont come, i dont feel bad. I actually feel good that i wont be doing that work that day. As long as i have records that im screening applicants that we receive and im contacting the shortlisted ones, im safe and i dont give a fuck how the vacancies impact the company's operation
