Entry Level Computer Programmer
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level, Computer Programmer to join our dynamic IT Team.
Working on our ERP P21, CRM, SQL databases, financial applications, and custom-made projects based on Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. The successful candidate will be involved in the full life cycle of the application development process from requirements gathering, development, and testing to ongoing support and maintenance.
Candidates must be professional, self-motivated, proactive, and possess a positive attitude. It is important that the candidate have a willingness to learn the project and organizational processes and procedures. Be a great listener, coachable with a strong desire to improve, and have the diligence to make it happen and grow. The candidate must also be willing to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
Skills Required
- You are passionate about software development – it's what you do even in your free time.
- 4 – years of experience with C#, Python, Java, and other modern scripting languages.
- 4 – years of experience with Microsoft SQL is a must.

- PowerShell
- Recently graduated from college with a degree (Associates or Bachelors)
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Good software foundational skills: clean, well-documented code; collaborative style; solid algorithms understanding; CS theory; mastery of more than one language.
- An aptitude for learning new platforms and technologies on the fly. We are constantly working on new projects that will push you and keep you always learning new technologies.
- Able to take ownership of a project and independently architect, execute and troubleshoot it through completion and customer delivery.
- Willing to commute to Worcester, MA with the potential of hybrid remote work.

Benefits
- Base salary of $18.00/hr with Overtime as needed, plus bonus.
- Full time 8 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday (Hours are Flexible)
