I am currently looking for a second job so I can finally feed myself and pay rent but I am getting so frustrated with the application processes! First of all, why in the world do I have to sit here and type out everything in a “formal” application when all of the information you have requested is in the professional resume that I have already uploaded to your platform!? Second, what is the point of asking “why do you want to work for X company?” At the end of the day my answer is going to be rather disingenuous because the fact of the matter is, I don't want to work for you but I'm tired of starving to death. Third, you're looking for help, right? I'm willing to work, right? Then why can't you at least call me or send an email/text? I've been ghosted enough in my life. It hurts! This system is stupid and it sucks monkey nuts.
