Applied for a knowledge work job I’m qualified for and I heard back from the company and scheduled a phone screen. I started doing my usual research on the company so I’d have something intelligent to say, and since the guy I emailed with said he’d be doing the interview I looked him up online.
I didn’t even know that being a fascist on LinkedIn was a thing before now. I also didn’t know that it is acceptable to openly advocate for racism on Nextdoor. Let’s just say that I don’t think it was going to work out at all for either of us.
