Applying for jobs and I’m unsure how/when to tell them I need 2 weeks off

I've officially begun my job search to get away from my current toxic ass place of employment that's done nothing but make all these promises but never deliver. This is the first time I'm really applying and interviewing in over 6 years so I'm really out of practice with how things go. I've had my wedding and honeymoon booked since 2021 and I'll be gone for two full weeks. When we booked everything I obviously didn't think I'd have to worry about time off at a new company, but that was before my current employer of 6 years decided to take advantage of my willingness to relocate. My question is how and where in the interviewing/offer acceptance timeline do I tell my would-be employer that I absolutely can not work these two weeks?
