I don't understand. Everytime I look through Indeed or any job board, I usually come across one or two postings for an apprentice position. However, whenever I look, they require like 2-3 years experience in that position. Is being an apprentice not an entry level position anymore? After 2-3 years, I'd expect you to have a decent grasp on what you're doing. So if you're wondering why you can't find someone to fill your $14/hr “apprentice” position, maybe you should review your listing and ask yourself whether or not it sounds sane to you.
