So my employer refuses to fix the toilet that over flows regularly because it runs and the handle needs to be “jiggled” or “lifted.” Today my boss came out and whispered to another employee about it being down and running. Then she approached me and said “was it you?” Then proceeded to tell me that I’m always leaving it down. I mentioned that it’s not a normal routine for people to lift the handle and she made excuses and said I’ve caused it up flood. Not only was this embarrassing as fuck but also now i feel like I’m being monitored when i used the restroom and it’s making me very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why a simple fix can’t be made instead of blaming your low level employees for shit. I feel like approaching her but I’m pregnant and hormonal af and I’m not sure it will come out well.
