Took a week off for vacation, including the two day weekend. Had the hours and was approved by the supervisor. Since it was a mandatory weekend, I was expected to show up for my shift on those two days I had been approved off. Now the supervisor is definitely being harder on all the other employees. And there is rumor of a disciplinary action against me. Hasn't happened yet. But if that does happen, I will be asking for a copy of the approved time off request and the disciplinary paperwork and contacting OSHA. Just wanted additional input.
