Subway… need advice

So last year I quit my job at a gas station called Casey's where I had been working at for a few years because after 4 years I was still making 8.85 but they were hiring people at 13 an hour. In September of last year I got a part time job at the local Subway. I am in a point in my life where I just want to work part time to get out of the house and socialize. I have a disability and so it really limits job prospects. It's not great pay but it's better than dollar tree, dollar general, dairy queen and pizza hut here. And it's not really about the money for me, moreso about feeling like I have some usefulness and am contributing to this society. Anyway, I got hired at Subway back in September and I signed on for 2 to 3 shifts…

Anyway, I got hired at Subway back in September and I signed on for 2 to 3 shifts a week. Anywhere from 3 to 6 hour shifts. The manager at the time was working with me quite well. She retired earlier this month after 75% of the store got covid and we had no help from the owners. They hired a guy who already works there to replace her. I like him and I think once he gets trained in that he'll be good too.

So where is the problem?? The owners. There's 3 owners in total. We'll call the one who is doing the training “fcknug” from this point on. He refuses to work with me in terms of scheduling. The Last 3 weeks I've been working 46 hours on average. I would chalk it up to the fact that 5 other people quit when the old manager left, but we still have enough to run the store without overworking everyone left. He also gets upset if I have to switch to my backup prosthetic arm at work due to the shifts he is giving me. On top of this fcknug will make comments that I find verging on sexual harassment land. At first I thought he was joking with some of the shit but nope he is serious. He has told female workers here that he looks at himself naked in a mirror daily to admire his rugged good looks. He has told us how great he is in bed. He has told us that he has never been dumped and that he only dates loose women. He has told us that he often likes to screw women in a place where he can see himself in the mirror. He has stated he is God's gift to women and he could never get married because all the single women would be losing their chance to be wowed by him in the bedroom. Aside from his narcissistic babbling, he often talks about how he is a one man army and he never gets stressed but if you go out to your car for your meal break if you work over 5 hours and he has to make more than one sandwich he throws hissy fits and then forbids people from leaving the store on their breaks or he threatens to take breaks away (in my state, employers do not have to give breaks regardless of how long you work.). Then yesterday he tells the new manager that if we don't have time to do afternoon Temps because we are too busy, to just make Temps up in the log, health violation basically.

I'm basically needing advice on whether I should secretly record fcknug and report him to the hr person that oversees this and 16 other locations these 3 owners own (and the hr lady is married to one of the other two owners) or just quit on them midway through a shift as a giant fuck you to them. I've already reported fcknug telling the manager he is training to make up temperatures for the temp logs.
