I have always heard that after an interview you have a pretty good chance of receiving an offer. Studies show it’s around 50% for a second interview. However, since Covid it seems like I’m getting tons of interviews and no follow ups. Even when the interviewers show all the positive signs. I have done interview coaching and the specialist said my skills were really good, so I don’t think it’s some sort of social ineptness that I don’t realize. I’m wondering if they are not as selective with interviewing now? It sucks because I have to take PTO to interview and they usually don’t go anywhere.
