I work for the government but I don't make a whole lot($20/hour). I notice looking on indeed that salaries are much higher, but few if any have union representation in the private sector. Currently I have union representation, 15 vacation days, paid holidays, $167 month health insurance plan with $175 deductible, pension etc. I also have a decent workplace culture and atmosphere and like what I do for the most part. What would you think?
