Idk if this is the place to ask, but I suspect that my job may be committing wage theft. We have an unpaid lunch break that lasts a half hour, but we have to remain on the premises. Some sources I've read didn't say anything about whether keeping us on the premises is an issue but said that we can't be doing labor but I've also heard that keeping us here is an issue. Can anyone confirm or deny? And if this is wage theft, what course of action do I take to fix it?
