As a European we have many of the same issues!

Not sure if this is said often here but often I see fellow Europeans bragging about how our part of the world has it better. On a grand scale thats possibly true but for many hard working Europeans it is not. I've worked retail, food delivery and I primarily work in kitchens for restaurants and cafes. The food industry is the one I know best and it's a complete disgrace. We are treated like dirt by management and customers, laws are broken when it comes to getting what your owed, they will always short your pay if you don't watch it. I make minimum wage and can't seem to get anything better. I am expected to work very hard with full availability. No sick pay etc. It's not better here for all of us. We are all in this together. We all want to be treated well and fair at…

We are all in this together. We all want to be treated well and fair at work and we all want enough time and money to actually have a life as well, simple as.
