I work as a live streamer selling shit under a chinese company. My manager doesn't know much about employees rights, so you can imagine how much of a hell hole it is. Couldn't take it anymore when he asked me to livestream for 5 hours straight daily, no restroom break nor dinner break. And I have to do the livestream while looking pretty and with 100% energy.
My manager barely takes his rest days or eat at work. And he wants us to be like him. I'm just so frustrated, he is so young. I had high hopes for him as a manager, so much potential but he has been groomed to be a shitty one. It would be hard for him to get out of his cycle. He is so arrogant in defending the company, he is so blinded that he couldn't see that what the company want are slaves.
