just got out of a 20 minute gaslighting session w the manager who denied my sexual harassment claim.
he told me that i had led on the male employee who sexually harassed me
i brought up the power dynamic between men and women in the workplace and he said that that doesn’t exist in his store and that it doesn’t affect anyones actions.
when i said that of course he (white male in a position of power) had the privilege to say that he accused me of making assumptions about him and that i was doing same thing the employee who sexually harassed
me did.
i’ve been in the bathroom, having breakdown since i left his office.
i’m so fucking tired of being talked to like this.
anyone have any ideas on revenge before i quit or advice on how to deal with this?
