I was let go from my job back in Nov. and asked to return all my equipment immediately which I did via Fedex that week but my company car was to be picked up by a another company that would be contacting me. I was told they would reach out within the first two weeks. The car is still parked in my driveway 2 months later, I followed up this week because prior to now I was still angry about being let go (it was not performance based) and I really didn’t care but I’m starting to get annoyed that I still have to look at it. The response to my follow up was to verify my contact info and tell me again they would contact me by the end of the week, which to me is today. If they don’t get this car out of here today I’m ready to take some kind of action if necc. Do they owe me for the storage at this point? Do I need to start an LLC called Sticksrunbelievable parking and storage first? Anybody have any ideas?
