At what point do I resign?

I have been working for the same company for 4 years now. It is a small design firm with about 18 other employees. I have been trying my absolute best for the past year hoping that my bosses would recognize and respond with higher pay. Nothing. Finally I got called into my bosses office today to discuss the upcoming year and he gave me a $2 an hour raise. I asked him if that was the best that he could do and that I have really being trying to go above and beyond over that past year. He said that he could definitely tell and that I have been doing an incredible job. However, the company does not have any headroom to increase my pay any further. This is coming from the man who just bought a brand new HUMMER EV. At what point do I move on from this…

At what point do I move on from this company? I have received offers from other companies, but none of them offer higher pay than I currently make. I feel like I could change companies and try to impress my new bosses, but I feel like I would just be wasting time and starting all over without my positive reputation.

Any input would be great. Thank you!
