I've had this job at Home Depot for a few months now, not a horrible work load, not bad pay but not great at 18hr but I have some horrible coworkers and supervisors. One coworker is discriminatory and sexist, yells at everyone and I'm shaking and flinching every time I hear his voice. Then one ASM, is transphobic and a hypocrite, while another protects the sexist coworker, my supervisor ain't much better either, just stood and watched as I was yelled at. I've tried going through work HR but they did nothing but tell him to stop, but that won't work as there are stories going back two decades of this guy being a problem.
So I'm really not sure when I should quit or if there is anything else I should do before I leave. I've filed for the states HR commission to investigate my workplace. I've filed with the IRS to investigate my store for Tax fraud and put in the second form to claim 30%. So any suggestions from people before I leave? Maybe a week maybe a month, either way I'm not planning to stick around a work place that treats me like trash and let's people yell at me all day.
