Not sure if this is the right place so feel free to delete if it is not.
As titled, the company I work for is firing everyone. We are all entitled to a redundancy package although mine will just be the annual leave owed as I've been with them less than a year. We were put on stand down for week until now.
The director said they are unsure when they will be able to payout these entitlements and regular payment to employees is due on the 15th.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
Is the employer obligated to pay redundancy packages by a certain date after termination?
Can I claim anymore monies for the hours I've been on stand down? Or the four week notice the contract states they need to provide?
