I've been looking for a job the past couple weeks, what I've found is more and more companies are using this interview process called “automated interviews” basically 100% of all applicants are asked to do a completely automated interview with a webcam+microphone and answer questions that are sent from pre-recorded videos. What irritates me is that this is a complete disrespect of the applicant's time, you can have 500+ applicants and all of them will be required to waste over an hour doing an automated interview when only 1-2 of them will be contacted by a human being.
Automated interviews shouldn't be sent to 100% of all applicants it's ridiculous and insanely disrespectful of our time.
