I went back to serving after 5 years of factory work.
During my interview, I was asked for availability, I told them that my availability was open but I'd prefer to have Mondays off.
They asked how many hours I would like, I told them at least 30. They hired me.
My first week out of training, I have 13 hours.
I'm 36 fucking years old… if you didn't have full time hours available, just say that.
They still also have job postings on indeed for the same position.
