I posted earlier this week but finished the first 3 days we were required to be back at the office this week. I am exhausted. It was a waste of my time. I literally went on walks with colleagues to kill time…. It was awful. My job doesn’t require me to be in very many meetings.
I also heard from someone who also heard that if this new hybrid schedule doesn’t go as planned they are getting rid of it and we will be back at the office. Don’t know if it’s true but I can’t bear the thought
I hope they really think about the well-being of their employees before they lose more.
