So pissed. These employers must be out of their minds.
So I’ve been applying to jobs because my current position is not paying me near enough for the work they’re giving me. So yesterday I applied for a position and within half an hour got a response asking if I could interview for it today. I gave them my availability, was really excited because the position paid significantly more than what im currently making. They scheduled the interview and sent me the Zoom link email.
Fast forward to today, A HALF AND HOUR BEFORE MY INTERVIEW I get an email saying, “Sorry, the position has been filled”.
I’m not mad that the position was filled, moreso I’m angry that they told me last minute after practically begging me to interview immediately after I sent in the application.
