So I work for the state of Illinois, more specifically IDHS, and recently returned to work from a 9 month reassignment with a case that ended up unfounded. The day I return, the supervisor for my building sends out an email to our lead workers saying I’m no longer allowed to work the spot I do my best work at (for context, I’m dating one of my lead workers and have been for the past 2 years, and my supervisor has tried to screw her over) which is fine because she has the power to do that so I can’t do anything about it.
We’ll a week goes by and now my supervisor has cried to one of the workers in administration claiming I’m a threat to the people I work with, and has now made them send a memo forcing me to change work locations effective Monday.
Not really looking for advice, just wanted to say my jobs a joke, and the only positive about it is that the moneys OKAY, it’s not even amazing.
TLDR; my supervisor is mad that she’s not getting laid, and is taking it out on me.
