I work at a big grocery store chain in America. My team lead I'm building a case on already (a litteral pedo) but the asset protection women likes harassing all of staff especially colored staff, even if you slip they'll threaten your job and say you did it. I don't know how to handle a women who has the same power as a store owner for a big corp who abuses staff. I want to quit but jobs here that pay the same are next to none existent.
What she did to me: So I carry a bag it contains medicine I need, snacks, and extra stuff like pain killers. I was never told anything about my bag ever, not when I was hired or anything, they do have lockers but there's no more lockers avaliable. Asset lady pulled me out of a 7 hour sorting job (timed) and belittled me to the point where i almost cried. mangers came to apologize for the asset lady's actions but said I have to take it cause she controls things. But she's not an owner of this big corporation. Does anyone know what I should do?
