My wife currently works in an airline as customer service and she called in sick during a shift from 930pm- 8am @ 5am because of mental anxiety from aggressive callers and when she did that they added a strike to her which means if she receives 3 strikes then it’s termination. I am now helping her write a email on how she wants to take a mental health break assuming that she’s getting terminated because of it. I am now asking all of you to help me write this “professional” email as we aren’t good at this.
