i’m not gonna drone about the issues i face at work, but basically a guy who’s been at my place of employment for 31 years has this insanely disrespectful and completely horrible attitude towards everyone. One minute he is motherfucking you and bitching, the next minute he’s trying to tickle you and fuck with you.
I personally hate everything about him. He only bitches at his convenience and when things inconvenience him. Me and one other dude bust our asses every goddamn day and we never get an ounce of appreciation for it.
I told my manager i’m going to say something to him to stand up for myself or call HR i may get fired because “they trust him more and would choose him in a conflict”
What the hell do i do? i take that there’s a solid possibility i could open a lawsuit if i get fired for calling HR. I just can’t take this god damn place anymore with the favoritism and the constant daily bitching. I start barber school in 2 weeks, as soon as i start school i’m out of this bitch.
any advice?
