How do I deal with supervisors/managers telling me to tell customers who want to speak with a supervisor/manager that I am one when I’m not?

This has happened twice so far. And they frame it like: well don’t offer the information unless they ask; or just tell them that you are a supervisor. I’ve made it clear I’m not comfortable with it. But if they ask me to do it a third time then I feel like that’s finally crossing the line. But what do you do? They pay people manager/supervisor money to do manager/supervisor things (which is to typically eat a great deal of sh*t from customers). But they know they can, at least, try to get me to do it bc I was a GM at my previous job. It’s manipulative to me and to the customer (who I’m not that concerned about but shouldn’t they be?).
