Best job I ever had taken away by an idiot manager and director

I thought I won a lottery when I got a hybrid job since I've never done one. We were fully remote for last 2 months as well when we were transferring companies (we are a financial department). I'm only 4 months in and don't want to quit until I get at least 1 year under my belt with some experience in this role because it can bring a decent money moving up. But I'm still just feeling hopeless thinking of the 1h+ commute in traffic both ways, waking up early and putting up with colleagues in a small office space.

What do.
