Best way to decline a job because they require a Credit Check

I received a job offer and one of the stipulations is I complete a credit check. The offer is irrelevant at this point because this requirement just morally rubs me the wrong way and while I may have been able to negotiate some of the other items to a more palatable position, this giant red flag pops up on two issues. 1) requiring a credit check (for a non financial position) 2) having to wait 60 days for “benefits” to kick in. What's a tactful and professional way to decline the position and let them know why.
