I was wondering was the best approach is?
I’m thinking I will be fired soon from my current job, reaching 12 month mark next month, vacation entitlement.
What do I need to do to be able to receive EI? From my understanding EI is not paid out to those who are terminated for cause.
What do I need to say or do in order to secure EI?
Do I need to salt the company? Talk union? Or just start complaining about wages?
Also the roles of my company have changed, basically I did a bunch of work that wasn’t under my employment terms of agreement.
