My lab is redoing the kitchen. Removed the sink and surprise a bunch of black mold. Next day it's all painted over. No preventative measures. Just poorly patched, hole because mold, and painted. Not even sanded stucco. Glad I took a video but pretty sure this doesn't change anything about the fact mold is growing. Bonus points, the water line for the sink was dripping into their new wooden cabinets all night. It actually currently still is. Not sure what to do now
