I work at a place where they usually offer a bonus if you pick up a shift. Problem is, they’ll say it out loud, even in the team meetings. Ppl will pick the shifts up then when it’s paycheck time those bonuses are missing. They then say they either never said it or meant it some other way like it only applies if they directly ask you🤦️. Any way to fight this? I can get at least all ppl present at the meeting to affirm the bonuses were offered.
