The company I work for set a sales goal for the month of April promising rewards for meeting it. We all worked our asses off and crushed the goal just to be told “a $300 bonus will be given out to 3 members of each team chosen at random”. So we all helped the company succeed and 16 random people got a bonus for it. A lady who is constantly at the top and has worked here for over a year got nothing and a girl who finished training a week ago got $300.
